The company has set itself the goal of certifying itself in terms of good practices, through membership of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
An organization becomes certified when it can adapt to corporate developments and above follow the dynamics of international markets.
A certified management system is a “living” system that changes its structure based on the technological innovation within the organization. Access to Information Technology, automation and subsequent redevelopment of business processes enables acquisition of new production methods rooted in the company’s DNA.
Management defines and documents its quality policy, including quality objectives and commitments. A quality policy that is aligned with company objectives along with the needs and expectations of its customers.
Management ensures that:
- that this policy is understood, implemented and supported at all levels in the organization.
- the resources necessary for its implementation;
- the verification and annual update of the quality and its objectives during the review.
The management aims to achieve the following objectives through the use of the Quality Management System:
- Improve the company’s ability to understand and develop customer requests, and to respond to them in a timely manner.
- Reduce and/or eliminate customer complaints.
- Improving the efficiency of business processes while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
- Ensure that its activities are carried out in accordance with the current provisions of rules and laws applicable to the company.
- Define objectives and goals to be integrated with operational management and business development programmes.
- Implement every effort in organizational and operational terms in order to achieve full customer satisfaction.
- Adequately motivate workers through timely training programmes to retain their employees.
Implement solutions to foster a relaxed and stimulating business climate. In this regard, suitable monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement methods must be defined and implemented for quality-critical business processes, products/services provided and Customer/user satisfaction in order to:
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the Quality System that it meet the specified requirements and provide evidence of conformity of the services provided;
- Evaluate and monitor the efficiency of the Quality System implemented and in general of both the economic and organizational management performance;
- Verify the Quality System capacity and organization in general in order to pursue the objectives;
- Identify and implement suitable improvements in the Quality System, both in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
It opposes any form of violence, violation of civil rights and any environment damage due to the extraction and marketing of minerals from war zones. By extension, mineral materials that are not certified “conflict free” are excluded, as they must be accompanied by a signed declaration of suitable material compliant with the ethical production standards RJC- Chain of Custody contained in the manual RJC – Code of Practice. CRIERI SRL adheres to the principles of the OECD regarding respect for human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
All personnel must be aligned to achieve the objectives set out in this document. Any amendments to the quality policy are defined from time to time by the Management in the system review report. This document is disseminated to all interested parties so that they can operate consistently according to the content therein.
